All course fees include materials and local taxes

Deposit and payment

A non-refundable deposit of 80 € representing the registration fee should be paid on reserving a course. The course fee is payable in full no later than 3 weeks before the course commences. If a course is booked less than 3 weeks before the start date all fees are payable immediately. Payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard or by bank credit transfer. All bank fees, including those of intermediary banks, are the client's responsibility.

Confirmation

Courses will only be confirmed after we have received payment or proof of payment.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

from 21 to 15 days: 33%
from 14 to 7 days: 50%
6 days or less: 100%

Examination fees

Fees for external examinations are not included in the course price and will be charged separately.

Activities and excursions

These are optional extras and are organised as a service for students. They are offered either free or at cost price.

We accept no responsibility for loss of clients’ belongings or any personal injury incurred by clients while participating in these activities

Assurance

We strongly recommend that students take out appropriate insurance to cover the following :

cancellation
loss of personal belongings
illness and personal accident

Declaration by the client

When you enrol on a ‘French in Normandy course, whether or not you complete our enrolment form, enrol via an agent or by any other means, your act of enrolment means that you fully understand and accept our terms and conditions.

For students under 18 years old, French In Normandy requires a letter of parental responsibility for the period of their stay.
